Refunds & Exchanges

Return Policy
We offer refunds and exchanges. We will gladly process a return or exchange within 45 days from the date of delivery.

Unless the item arrived defective, return shipping is the responsibility of the sender. 

Once the original order is received and inspected, exchanges and refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that have been worn, stained, washed, the smell of fragrances, have deodorant marks, make-up, animal hair, or have been otherwise used are not eligible for return. 

We reserve the right to adjust your return method if your return arrives in a condition which does not meet our returns policy. Any signs of wear will cause the product to be returned to you, and no credit will be issued.

For refunds, once return is approved, refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges will be promptly shipped upon receiving the originally purchased item in acceptable condition.
 

Sale & Customized Products

Sale items and customized merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. 

Shipping Times

Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames. However, external factors such as customs inspection and severe weather delays can sometimes cause longer than anticipated shipping dates. If your order shipping exceeds 30 business days, you can contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Product Issues & Defective Merchandise
There are rare instances where you may receive defective or the wrong item. If you discover an issue with your merchandise, please contact us here or call (352) 277-6059  within 45 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to work with you to ensure complete satisfaction.
