Alive Day Apparel believes every Purple Heart recipient carries a story of courage, sacrifice, and resilience that deserves to be honored.
Our Purple Heart Recipient Honor Program was created to recognize those who survived the battlefield and lived to tell their story. It is our way of honoring the true origins of an "Alive Day"—the day a servicemember survives an event that could have taken their life and is given the opportunity to continue their journey.
This program is also dedicated to the legacy of Army Veteran Jim Mayer, whose commitment to mentoring newly injured servicemen and women helped bring greater awareness to the importance of celebrating Alive Days and supporting those navigating life after injury.
As a small token of our gratitude, we provide these hoodie gift boxes to verified Purple Heart recipients. These gift boxes are provided completely free of charge and are intended to remind our nation's heroes that their sacrifices will never be forgotten.
How to Receive a Gift Box

250 miles in two days. One epic ride!
Florida Coast to Coast Trail
This November, Team Alive Day Apparel will take on the Florida Coast-to-Coast Trail in honor of Veterans Day and in celebration of America's 250th Anniversary .
- Saturday, November 7
Starting in Titusville, FL, the team will ride approximately 120 miles to Clermont, FL. - Sunday, November 8
The journey continues with another 120+ miles, finishing in St. Petersburg, FL.
Over two days, they will push through fatigue, adversity, and every mile in between, proving once again that the comeback is always stronger than the setback.
